Dividend payout is from the profit generated by the company's core business.
Cash distribution payout is from additional cash generated by other business activities.
Dividend is always good because it meant that the company is making money.
Cash distribution may or may not be good because it depends on where the additional cash is generated from.
still seeking for answers....
