The Manager shall make distributions of at least 90.0% of distributable income to Unitholders after two years 100% distributions. As at 20 Aug 13 market data, S-Reits dropped 20.3%, STI dropped 8.9% but CRT only dropped 6.5%. Investors have taken well to CRT. In the last two months the Trustee-Manager has conducted investor presentation in Hongkong, Malaysia & Japan.

Croesus RT at current price of 85 cents has offered about 8.69% yield. NAV 89.75 cents.
