comparing to CMA 3.8% & F & N 3.15% bonds , occ pref 3.93% is a steal. int paying soon may see it moving up any moment..
int paying soon in March 2013 & Sept 2013. Hv let go CMA bonds after ex and just bought into this.

is gd to collect fixed stable int of 3.93% pa just like CMA bonds,Genting Bonds. Much better than yr bank int..
