Investors seems not to like this type of reit...............
Best type of reit is every legal business can be done ..............including interest bearing, etc
Why tie your business down ................? U then tie your profits down ..................!!!!!
The yield is going to be more and more attractive

"Tiam tiam loh" - continue to slight down the stair-case.
Down another 3 cents, S$0.99
"some" people are trying to "sell down" sabana.. so that they can get it at lower price? (in turn increase they percentage yield).
If it happen to float back lower then it lowest of 0.97c, then prepare to buy one (1) lot to get better return yield.
Above just my personnal opinion.
They R giving good dividend, got deep pocket ?. get dividend 1st, then sell. Just like any others Reits
Just my personnal opinion.
Got 1 lot. To sell or to hold?
