BTW, the balloting ratio for apply 100 lots for tis yamada is 25:99, so it's 25% chance of getting, this is still much easier to get than the 2005 to 2006 HOT ipo period whereby the chances for apply 100 lots is usually 8:99 or 9:99, less than 10% chance of getting allocated for vast majority of ipos during that time.

I've applied for all the good ipos since 2003 till now & I remembered ALL the previous good ipos(including the VERY HOT ipos with only 1 million for atm offer type) if successful for apply 100 lots, will get MORE than 1 lot, (will be anything from 2 lots to 5 lots for those 1-2 million atm offer type).
I remembered clearly there's only 1 ipo in the past 7 years that if apply 100 lots get only 1 lot if successful, that ipo is Midas ipo. |

U r v lucky 2 hv 3 lots. Sm of my friends applied IPO. They usually same as u applied 100 lots but ended up only rec'd 1 lot each.
There4, my friends need 2 buy sm more @ open mkt. Cos if they juz sell dat single lot. Broker's fees not cheap ley...

Hi all, I was thinking whether it will be another Conscience Food Holdings where it cheong to 29c on first day of trading. So is it worth considering a stag?
if good ipos, they won't even call u to ask u. They'll keep for themselves, remember 2006 hot ipo period, all the good hot ipos the clients got to call the brokers, they won't call u and when u ask them, they also say they don't have placement.
