No problem hlayar! Though market is on the rebound, some companies just not worth its salt! You're correct to mention about mgmt's intention to delist them., take the eg. of  the 2 counters i've mentioned just now, it really make sense for them to do so should they found real value in it. Have a profitable trade!

Mr Farmer, thank you for your comment. I do not have any IDT stock. Just studying it. Noticed that this thinly traded stock has come down all the way from high above $2. It stuck into my watchlist after conversation with a good friend, and has been there for such long time. These days transactions are done by bulky lots. Should I buy now? Not sure yet. I only know it is a HK company in the electronic business, with rather wide presence around the world, though not many sites. Yup, I think I have to be careful.

IDT, I-Comm(delisted confirmed), GP Ind, GP Bat, to name a few are all similarly HK based, and listed in SGX, and little trading hence little interests, unlike Jardine group of companies. With such volumes, there is a possibility of management seeing value and wanted to delist their companies and keeping the fruits all to themselves later on.

Not only this, take a look at Lafe Tech, Jets Technics, etc. just to mention a few....the former IPO at 46c now at 14.5c, the later IPO 20c now last traded at 2.5c. You decide and make your choice!!!

Now I remember that some years ago, there is a listed company by the name of I-Comm or IComm, which has been delisted, or taken private. Dont know if it still exists as private entity, or that it is related to IDT.

While you typed, found IDT also listed in HK exchange. currently quoted 27 cents (HK cents?). Not much information can be found. Looking at it, they should be related. Maybe dual listing? However, the stock prices between the exchanges does not show similar pattern.

Haha! HK pennies?...better to avoid. I had lousy experience trading some of these company years back. Bottom line is : why aren't they seek listing in HKSE instead. Of course, there are exceptions like Jardine Gp and HKLand...
