Hi. Anyone know what is Hu An 100? Is it the share bonus that they issue?
Hu An Cable Holdings plans to convert its new and existing shares to Taiwan depository receipts (TDRs) and list them on Taiwan Stock Exchange.

2. The board of directors of hu an cable holdings ltd. (the “company”) wishes to announce that the company is proposing a bonus issue of 198,823,800 new ordinary shares in the capital of the company (the “bonus shares”) on the basis of three (3) bonus share for every ten (10) existing ordinary shares in the capital of the company held by the shareholders of the company (the " proposed bonus issue" ) on a date to be determined by the directors (the " books closure date" ). Fractional entitlements are to be disregarded and will be disposed of in such manner as the directors in their absolute discretion deem fit for the benefit of the company.

I think i load Hu An that time around ~0.380 and unload at ~0.410. That time it really goes pass ~0.425?+ and then drop again(cant stand long). Now i think quite safe cause auditor already sign off, but not sure about future liao. Now too much S-cheat scandal problem liao, even beautiful S-chick strip in front of me i also cant stand liao, no mood to play, wait kanna Aids can gone case, no cure one, dont anyhow play anyhow tio. If u think u can trust the S-chick u going to poke, plz wear super thick condom and dont release too much liquid($) to be safe :)

This Hu An is going to fly high. With outstanding growing yoy record profit, low PE, discount price in sgx compare to TDR, SEAVI Advent as shareholder, lastest china govt investing 200 billion for ungrading of power grids and ects. Lastest TP is 0.64 on oct 2010, Anyone know what is the lastest TP or if there is a re-rating soon? Going to mau a lots before it go higher and higher...  |
