HK Land is trading in a down trend.

Hongkong Land Holdings, one of Hong Kong’s biggest business-district landlords, said 2010 underlying profit rose 4.2% to US$810 million ($1.03 billion). |
Following a fall below its 100-DMA and back into its 1.5-year uptrend channel recently, Hongkong land has initiated another strong bearish break below its key $6.70 key resistance-turned-support on heavy volume this morning.
With both the RSI and MACD still retreating steadily at the moment, these suggest that the counter is likely to remain more downside biased moving forward.
As such, should the counter fail to retake the newly established $6.70 key resistance in the days ahead, we could see it slipping further towards the next key support at $6.00.
