Another counter cancel dual listing

I doubt so because Sound Global was withdrawn at last minute to the extent that the required shares had been transferred out already. If this being the case, it will definitely allow Sound Global to proceed as it is at its final stage of dual listing and shall not be affected by new ruling or whatsoever.
