
CSC Holdings Limited  announced that Mr Poh Chee Kuan and Mr Teo Beng Teck will be relinquishing their roles as executive directors of the Company with effect from 1 April 2011. Mr Poh joined the Company as an executive director in August 1999. He was subsequently appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company in August 2001 and held the position until 31 July 2006. Mr Teo has been an executive director of the Company since January 2007. Mr Poh and Mr Teo have both decided to step down from their executive roles, but will remain on the Board as non-executive directors and mentors to the Company to help provide continuity of leadership.

i doubt it will move to 40cents that quickly. sentiment is still bad, and with US banks possibly reporting further writedowns in mid Apr, the trend is down for most stocks. CSC might start inching up in early May, as it waits the release of its FY results around late May.
