PULPING APP
APP's critics are many, and their ammunition varied. Since the company won massive logging concessions in Indonesia under Suharto's rule in the 1980s, the company has profited from a corporate ethic founded on corruption and environmental exploitation. In Indonesia's Riau province, where APP has fed paper mills for some two decades, forests have been devastated, while the local population has remained one of the poorest in the country.
A holding company of the Widjaja family's Sinar Mas Group, headquartered in Singapore, APP's stated interest is establishing "sustainable" eucalyptus and acacia plantations to feed its many mills in Indonesia, China and India.
But its practices in those countries and, now, Cambodia appear to have brought the company to a nadir in its long and thorny relationship with environmental watchdogs. Following a major fall-out with the company last year, the World Wildlife Fund in February accused APP of clearcutting Indonesian forests and called on U.S. companies to boycott its products, which include copier paper, notebooks and other paper products. Large retailers such as Office Depot and Staples promptly came on board.

Bund Center surges on report it was undervalued
BCI was demerged from Asia Food & Properties Limited (AFP) to hold the AFP Group’s property investments in People’s Republic of China, such as The Bund Center located in Shanghai, and the Golden Center located in Ningbo.
The stock was listed on the exchange recently, it opened at $0.255. On Monday, the local press reported that an independent valuation done in 2009 valued Bund Center’s assets at around $1.5 billion (net of debt), or $0.72 a share.
It continues to surge non-stop till today, got it from Asia Food & Properties entitlement.

Not even have any ads on paper, anyone knew what is the IPO price ? Just want to list then list, suka suka, nowadays, don't know what the MAS doing, everything suka suka one ! Last time IPO must open for application, then later become very less volume open to public to apply, majority all reserved by placement taken. Now lagi fantastic, want to list just list lor, no need to open for public to apply. Watch out and be careful.
BTW, anyone know the ipo price, or not even at all, when you check, Company-all-in-one info in SGX website for this burger, no info at all ! For all history records of long grand father history, we can excuse, may be donkey years ago, thus do not reflect the info, but newly IPO also don't have, real lousy !
