SELL call from Lim and Tan today.
Bollinger Band tightened, vested waiting for the breakout. Seems reversing up soon.

These few days hinting more upside, today confirmed. Indicators will start to look good from today, can take note! Break 0.94 will have more upside, may be another bullish one. My personal view only.

Amtek today had a GO at $1.10.
Taking a look at the financials, assuming net profit for 4Q for Amtek comes in ard $9m. Then expected NAV is 76 cents and EPS is 9.2 cents So at $1.10,
Amtek is valued at 1.44x NAV and 11.94x FY07 P/E
Now Broadway's NAV currently is 48.9 cents so no way will they accept any takeover at 1.44x NAV.
Broadway is trading at 6.263x FY06 P/E currently. Assuming Broadway's profit for FY07 is flat and applying 10x P/E (smaller given smaller market cap and also smaller scale of biz), we are looking at fair value of $1.60

Congrats to all vested. Still vested here. Melvin, it's a paid software, you should be able to do something similar on your charting software as long as you have the indicator parameters set correctly.
