Thanks alot for the fantastic dividends.   At least given me a fantastic opportunity to unwind the positions for cash, otherwise cash stuck too long again will make me be mad at myself! Wahahaha!

Good or bad times, it will stay there.   So despite all announcements for new hefty contracts/orders.   It never move an inch.   Those vested should hold it until the next AR.   I believe there is going to be improved profit margins.

Vested 200 lots only.

Azeus sounds like ai-see (ta-jie-ta-li)   Recently covered shorts and buy more, but this bugger refusing to move despite continue getting orders after orders recently. Keesee lang!! One of the worst laggards of SGX. Nvm, can wait for dividends coming soon!! Hehehe.

If you put up to buy a bit higher, I don't see any problem to buy back.

Jeelaka, my brokers asked me to cover my short positions of 200 lots, but there is no seller. What will happen if by the time they require the shares back, and still no one wants to sell, how? Anyone experienced this before?

This penny stock continues with making money, non stop year after year. Hope next half will declare attractive dividends again.  My target is 13 cents in the longer run.

Software king Azeus will likely post its best profits in the coming months, since newly signed contracts were not included in previous half.  I think currently the price is rather low, it was IPOed 20 over cents, and all along had been making profits and giving out dividends.  So I am placing a premium for this share and also considering that there are not much shares in the market.

You long or short? If short, then you need to cut loss and buy back but seems no-one interested to sell you cheap.   Interests from stock borrowing, costs and dividends will eventually difficult to swallow.

IF you are long at a higher price, why worry about not much play if you are looking at the long long term.   Every year you get some good dividends, some years good, some years not bad. In about 10 years (PE could be less, I don't go and calculate).   One day it should come back near to its IPO price, and if not you can sell cheap after enjoying all the payouts.

I am inviting you to be the market maker and I will play with you. You sell I buy and I buy you sell, can or not? Hahaha.

Seriously, Azeus has very small float, only 300 million shares issued.   Currently fair price to me at 10 cents.

Wah, today trades in Azeus finally executed at 7.8 cents after a long spell.  Maybe something of good coming out from this software king.  Watch out for any sign of good volume, then this one is worth a look.

Most IT companies around the world has been doing good business ever since softwares and technologies bonded hand in hand and one cannot do without the other, or at least something like this.

Azeus, has been profitable through the years since it listed in 2004.  However, its IPO of 22 cents was never seen again since after listing.

The company is doing well, though its share price has been under performing for a long long time. It is quite irrational to think that investors are not capable of logical reasoning, but the fact remains that the mob is crazy going after some other risky shares and are not paying attention to Azeus.

Think IT penny, think investment in Azeus!

Vested a wee bit after bought back on shared-loans (hedged) and enjoying my dividends all these years.  Lol...

Do you have good confidence that Azeus would be a long term investment giving continuous returns year in and year out?  I have sold mine and went for some other pennies, ChinaFash, Contel and a few,   but lost money instead. Worse still, missed my chances for dividends in Azeus.    Regretted.  Should not have switched.  Trouble is Azeus is not active, that is why I sold out.

If there is a bumper profit, they definitely would like to give some cash back because this is one of the fastest ways to see cash returns on their investment rather than from share appreciation.

A fair value is around 7.4 cents.  I believe the next round of dividends should be better.

Bought back all my shorts before XD, and will try to collect some below 7 cents, if the quantity is worthy of brokerage commission.

This counter has been quite dormant for years although it punctually pays out dividends and record profits on yearly basis.
It is not easy to find such counters in the stock market, where profits are always anticipated.  Where other counters sparodically report losses that had been the norm for many tiny penny counters, this one can be considered outstanding.

Although it is not very active, it is still latent and these types of " latent volcanoes" can erupt at the right time.

Still worth the value? Yes, for certain, it is. For those who are continuing to hold, there are always consolation in the form of good dividend yields.

How many percent dividend yield are you looking for?  8% very good oredi.  Only snag is this share is for those with money to put away for a while, lol.

Tomique      ( Date: 02-Jul-2012 10:22) Posted:

Counter is on CD HK$0.0348 per share.  Last traded at 7.1 cents. This gives a dividend yield of only  8 percent.

I think HKD is appreciating, owing to China's favored leadership in the HK government, so good time to reconsider buying this counter.
