Terence, up stake today at 7.5 cts..cheers
ok. all the best. still vested here.
Terence,
Thanks for the good analysis. I am confident in the Management and business since i took an interest in this stock. In fact, I am looking for weakness in share price to accumulate.
don't panic. Let me explain why, after looking at the results:
- 0.25 cent? possible reason is to conserve cash. look at their debts, its about time they start repaying some. also could be conserve cash for further expansion into cambodia. cambodia is still in early stages of development.
- look carefully at revenue, trade receivables and inventories. sale of goods declined slightly, but inventories also declined. an indication of good inventory management. sale of services went up, and total revenue went up too. however, trade receivables declined. indicates prompt payment by customers.
- next, look at cash flow statement. operating profit before working capital changes is still healthy. this is what i look at first, before net cash from operating activities as company needs to make profits from operations, before even having money to pay suppliers and purchase inventories
- as a result of prompt payment from customers, net cash from operating activities increased.
- NAV has increased to 11 cents. eps 1.38 cents.
Terence,
Good result announced tonight but dividend not to expectaions. 0.25 cents per share.
Sinotel technologies ltd is my hidden gem..........................D3W go go go........................up up n away to ur NAV.
Yeah I believe the company has a high growth business - focus on long term . happy with the dividends for past two years...hope to see it raises capital for expansion or acquisition..
Yup, in my personal opinion. The Lao Cai project was put on hold due to certain policy changes. Nevertheless, Cambodia is still growing.
Still within expectations of $2.5 to $3.0 mil ? What happen to the Lao Cai project in vietnam ? This will be a pet project to transform to renewable energy player.
FY results coming out end of this month. Still vested...see opportunities in Cambodia...
Terence, moving...hope to see some corporate actions coming up....
Terence, if the dividend is in this range, it will be good news for me. Thks.
I am neutral on the disposal. Sales proceeds also not that much though, I am more interested in their Cambodian power plants. As for results, I am expecting net profit between $2.5 to $3 million. Expect dividend of 0.5 to 1 cent per share. Still vested.
Terence, disposal of subsidiary is good or bad. Full year result closing on 31 Mar 09 - expecting good , decent or bad numbers ?
Wa Lao! Got hit down again...I suspect got manupulation.
It may mean that Colben needs more cash to run the projects - and only the parent can chip in. Also, to boost confidence - you may be right that evaluators of big projects may look at the financial of the bidder.
Too bad, i bought some at 7.5 cents a week ago - holding 1.5 mil now. Will buy more if it goes down below 6 cents. Cheers !

Which number you call? Office? Sometimes could be out-station. But still holding this counter, as I feel that power generation is still essential, especially for a country like Cambodia. Fire protection is govern by law, cannot say don't want to do maintenance of fire protection just because of recession.
The volume was very high also, over 4 million shares today, no trade last few days.... WHY???
Hi All;
Can someone ready tell why this counter go down so fierce ? Call & email their MD also no response , don't want to email back , why ? something wrong ? Company PR is poor.
