Buy shr that one can afford to loss or hold and not to loss over sleep.

Or missed boat or profit taken?, there's always next opportunities.

SINGAPORE--Viva Industrial Trust Prices Singapore IPO at S$0.78cents. Plans to raise S$463.3 mil in IPO.
This includes a S$200mil for  cornerstone. Chinese Tycoon Tong Jinquan, the Chairman of Shanghai  Summit Property Development, will  subscribe to S$200 mil worth of stapled securities in the offering.
Mr Tong, 58 has a net worth of $2.3 bil, according to Hurun Research Institute.
Viva Industries  Trust owns business parks, UE Bizhub East and Technopark@ChaiChee and logistics facility Mauser Singapore.
Offering 211.7 mil stapled securities@78c a piece. About a tenth of those stapled securities will be available to retail investors. The remaining shares are on placement.
It plan to  offer 8.8% distribution yield for next year and 9% for year 2015.
No public offer to date or expected is indicated in the prospectus.

    At that moment in time. Players too will oso weight the risk over potential gain. Those who may have the vision n patience like what Ezion did for YHM. Vested holders certainly will be rewarded as seen from the chart.

    Oil exploration firm Rex International Holding on Monday said it plans to place up to 70 million new shares at 75.5 cents each to raise S$50.5 million in net proceeds.

    The placement price is at a 9.6-per-cent discount to the volume weighted average price of S$0.8356 for each share for trades done last Friday. The placement is not underwritten.

    About a third of the amount raised will go towards funding a newly acquired stake in a joint venture company it has formed, called Rexonic AG, with Swiss firm Ogsonic AG, which invests in technologies applicable in the oil services sector.
