Her earnings grew from $5k a year to $500k a year! Irene Ng, 43, almost lost her apartment in 2000 when she could not keep up with the mortgage payments. Her problems started when her business venture, a retail outlet, turned into a money-losing disaster. But Ms Ng took a leap of faith by stocking products of mainboard-listed direct-selling firm Best World Lifestyle at her shop. She later joined the firm as a part-time consultant. The move helped her pull through the crisis, and keep her apartment. She now earns $500,000 a year and has paid off the $100,000 debt from her business. The building of the distribution channel in China already started early this year! There should be more updates in the coming August result announcement. In addition to that, updates on Nigeria and Australia will be interesting! |

CIMB-GK New Target Price for BestWorld: $1.65 Best World ? Enter the dragon As the race heats up for direct selling companies in China to establish their presence, Best World has been very focused on getting its direct selling platform in China ready this year. We have shaved our FY07 EPS estimate by 4% on set-up costs in China. On the other hand, we have increased our target price from S$1.15 (12.0x CY07 P/E) to S$1.65 (13.6x CY08 P/E) partly as we roll forward our target basis to CY08 and partly to account for higher market multiples. We see current valuations as still attractive. Maintain Outperform. |

Inspite of the fact that Rothchild is a SSH of Best World....Many people still have the impression that this stock appears somewhat like an 'elitist' stock... one that's mainly bought and held by the MLM elites/members... Today announcement has proven them wrong....in fact if you look at the FY06 annual report, there are other funds like SBI E2-Capital.....Phillip .....Asdew...... Take a 2nd look at this gem again.....I my opinion, it is still way undervalued!! and THE BEST IS YET TO COME!! |
