S'ghai bourses closed down -200.293 pts or -5.25% to 3615.872. This will caused STI to take some Pre--cautious in it trading for today, predicting a downward trading on selective bargain hunting for some good stocks before STI recover to hit flat, still some selective penny stocks may on a bargain hunting list. . |

seems to me history repeating itself again. chinese new yr hol in Feb, after holiday , china exchange went down 9% and all other exchanges followed. now USA national day holiday, and china exchange is already down by 5.25 % . lets see how usa reacts. another thing i noticed all laggard counters went up yday and today. to me classic case of the BB's moving it up to exit out. anyone else thinking same as me ? |

AG said 33% chance of recession year end. I also predict predict 33% chance sti index will hit 4000 because of uniform probability distribution; 1/3 chance end flat, 1/3 chance end record high and 1/3 chance lower. no brainer... |

Taiwan's economic is bad with Ah Bian's policy of confrontation with China. Some Taiwanese are getting out of Taiwan and they prefer to relocate in Spore where economics and job prospect are good. The angmo's quote of 2.6(Spore) to 2.2 (Taiwan) should take the account of the premium for Spore economics. If Taiwan is still ruled by the DPP in the next election, its economic is going to be worse. I am just wondering the angmos may up to no good, they thought that sporean are so ready to listen to their pseudo "gospel truth". Don't take spore to be another banana republic. | |||||||||||||||||||||||

SPH has only, one and only one slot. Sunday Times (paper slot for publishing "In vestment & is put it up on page 29) available ONLY, so is 6- 7 days late, A little out date liao as selling has stop on Friday and then this Mr Cai.......maybe interview several days back B4 putting it sent to print. The Angmo may have miss the boat for selling away some good stocks for profit taking. May now likely to selectively buying back to balance their portfiolio. Do those Ah Peck., Ah Soo know what has really happen since beginning of last Monday ?. When I did this posting (scensing) to said Angmo did the sell calling, so is some funded trading house following such call for a sell and they dis four for four days. |

the citigrp report calls for sell Singapore and buy taiwan. but taiwan has serious geopolitical risks. i think one should look at the bigger picture. Has Singapore reached its peak? with the IR and the contracts to come.....i doubt so. half yearly reports have yet to be released....how do you think your stocks went? will their profits come in below expectations? once again i don't think that will be the case. the london car bombs didn't hurt anyone. maybe u can sell now. but when the half yearly reports are out, dun say u shouldn't have sold so early. =) | |||||||||||||||||||||||

Selling has started last wk...from last Mon23 Jun to Thurs 26 Jun (4days) before the calling stop on Fri where index pickup +9 points, so coming Monday can safely do a select bagain hunting. Where do ah Pek and Ah Soo know all this selling is over co's SPH publish will be late one. selling has happened liao due to Angmo calling, (see below Quote), my tot tell me Angmo has sold some stocks liao following Citi Grp calling and now selectively buying up some again.
