It is better to sell during the strong rallies... not simply sell at a low price!... Because you will lose money when the rally occurs... Better to Sell high! ... Especially when the Dow had a "Cheong Arrhh" on the previous night... |

i believe it's with the mentality of "the worst is over". the way asian and global markets rallied on the Freddie/Fannie bailout, even though it's actually bad news.

bear market...lower lows.. how come i don't see any analyst comin out with target for STI @ 2000? darn fools.. just go with the trend..gotta change ur mindset from bull (higher highs) to bear (lower lows) and open tat CFD acct n short those shares.. or buy put warrants.. don't care abt those bounces..cos in a bull market..there are also corrections so likewise bear markets there will be bounces..but just remember..lower lows! |

this kinda of market? we never know...always seems to be confusing...this see-saw rollercoaster ride had many 'sick' with the volatility ...untradable conditions...no doubt the trendline is currently still under the downward trend...but personally dun even feel comfortable shorting...nor going long positions Monday +280 over points Tuesday -280 points Wednesday ........ Thursday ??

BTW, how come tonight DOW cheong up with Lehman's bad news? Bears Stearn caused a stir in the mkt that time, why not this time? In fact Lehman had 5% jump on such news. Chng Kay call the shots? Kelong!!! Oil is crawling up slowly, watch it. DOW may not cheong if this beast is unleashed! |

Sunday, the FED announced takeover of Freddie and Mac and Asia on Monday cheong first. Then evening DOW cheong up 280 pts. Comes Tuesday, STI went down on profit taking from the start of the morning trade. Tuesday evening DOW dropped 280 pts hence today STI follows suit and dropped. If DOW tonight cheong up decisively (+180pts and above), I guess STI will cheong tomorrow. Now DOW is neither here nor there, I guess STI tomorrow will be mixed. I don't think I will do shopping tomorrow. Not worth the bet! |

If you travel along Shenton Way, there is a portion on the right where Lehman Brother is going to build a building there. Now the fate of them is unkown, just wonder are they still going to build that! Maybe Lehman become Lelong liao! |

market. go play forex better. bigger space, so less susceptible to BBs-in-a-shrinking-pond action.
