US budget deficit increased recently. With US Fed bailout of US investment banks, it means US budget deficit would increase even more. This means US dollar could come down and oil price could go up. Recent US dollar rally had no meaning considering the huge US budget deficit. 

 Financial stocks, airlines and those exposed to consumer
spending suffered the worst on Wall Street, as a record spike
in oil prices raised new fears about the economy.

 Crude oil CLc1 shot up 24.3 percent to $130 a barrel, its
biggest one-day gain on record, as the bailout plan and weaker
U.S. dollar sparked volatile trade.

 Commodities rose and government debt edged higher as
investors shuffled towards safe havens on uncertainties over
the rescue package.

 The U.S. dollar dipped sharply as the size of the bailout
plan renewed fears about the country's massive budget deficit.

I have to remind all of us again... if DOW crash, and no good news coming up ... for medium long term of 6-10 months, remember our date at 1800 points.. (heee.. trying to scare some people off, ha!)

To be honest, I think December is another selling month while all the Bank releaseing their 4Q results, now that everybody was releasing in September, the mood is super bad...

come October, November, no bank or investment bank results, guess will have some rebound , make sure you sell before December, just my thoughts.
