The mkt is already very depressed now as it factored in all the bad news. If these few days do not have much of bad news like bank closure, economic data, etc, we might see rebound. I am betting on this now. Cheers! | ||||

orchard condo from high 5 millions drop to 2 millions only last 3 years, and now back to 5 millions, the price didn't even drop near to 4 millions... you have to wait a bit longer... by the way, make sure you have at least 2 millions first ba~

STI hovering around -130 n HSI above -1100. Both seem no sign of gaining ground. Some counters had down to last Fri closing price. AK guess it is still not bottom up yet. Long way to go. |

ha ha... this again and again telling you, any dead cat rebound, don't follow, you will get killed... well, be patience, the worst is not over yet... bottomming process not even started yet... only happen in end of 2009.. yesterday the housing agent told me, if you want to buy condo, a big word for you, WAIT..... the price is going to crash in 6 months time.. so, let's time our clock , now is October, by Early April 2009, we shall start to see all the newspaper said, condo property is going to crash.. so, gather your hard earned cash and pick one you love.. heee. |

0017 GMT [Dow Jones] U.S. recession concerns - fueled by bleak September retail sales, warning of economic weakness by Fed officials - expected to hurt Singapore shares after sending DJIA down 7.9%. STI may test last Friday's 4-year low of 1948, after closing down 3.2% at 2059.39 yesterday; next support likely at 1900. "People are still keeping an eye on economic data and to a certain extent earnings. There's really no reason to go long. There's only one way to go, and that's down," says trader at bank-backed brokerage. Tumble in oil prices likely to again hurt commodity shares like Olam (O32.SG), Noble (N21.SG), Wilmar (F34.SG), while property heavyweights may face more selling than other blue chips after leading gains earlier this week.
