AK opines that bullish sign is not equal to bear rally. Just look at UOB today and the contrary of DBS? If u observant enough. SIA is another example. Generally, for bull run, buy n keep is the strategy, u will make some within quite a short period. For current volatile market situation, if u perceive that bull is on the run n u acc, any good stock, then u will make tons of money, for sure. If not, just sit back and analyse loh, use test market strategy could be a better option. Above are AK views only, no call for anything, just share.

My observation is similar. STI rallied on a opening gap up instead of closing back and that is a bullish sign. Volume is increasing as the STI edges higher.

Nikkei got relief with temp US auto giant temp rescue plan. Couples with HSI rally, STI chiong could be attributed to news released by MAS that 4 qtr GDP raised 0.4% compared to last qtr dipped 0.6 %. Fr breaking news fr BT. | ||||

everyday we see new reports on companies axing staff.. i wonder how the economy can sustain w/o consumer spending? or the axed staff are turning into day traders to prop up the market..haha | ||||

STI still green despite DJIA turning red. It covered back the gap down on opening and that's a good sign. Somehow I feel that optimism is ebbing back into the market. Blogging at moneytalk.sg on the stock market, ETF and anything to do with money. |

There was no further good news, at DJ, to spur global market. DJ now is on slight Red, but no imminent harm. Ha ha, got few SPC, but about to short UOB when it touched 12.86, but retreated, if not kena liao, it closed at 13.30. Loong is the man loh. |

Market optimism feelings here n there, after the sweeteners given by US, China, India n Aussie, over the weekends. Will they help, even with short term? AK not sure, but keep cautious with marvellous economy reporting daily. If not sure, stay sideline n relax is still the best policy. Above are AK view only, dun call for anything. |
