This, no one can tell, even if they can... The market beast will itself reveal the truth in time... Thus, by means of human perception-aiding tools, such as the valuable stock market charts, One can have a just a glimpse of the possibilities... But only the possibilities... nothing more... The good old beast still holds the trump card... always. hehehe...

This conventional mindset is what makes many people go "pok!" in a big way... While it is true that there's no gain without risk, the risk of buying or holding in a downtrend is too great... Buying on the way down appears sensible... But stocks are not commmodities, in which can be cheaper in value... But there's no real 'worth' in stocks... If a stock has been say bought (fried) up for a period of one year or more, it is already damn expensive... To say it's getting 'cheaper' is the height of delusion...  |

For long term investor as long as the profit of the company stays intact and return on div still sound.. no prob... will see the drop as a good opportunity to buy some more.. (Retail investor as generally herd creature,, loss aversion theory) Wait to see how it unfold first, any big up and big down is a good opportunity to make money $$$.. Can short also can buy... the bigger the movement the better.. Opportunity... Panic one will sell, shark and whale can help to push it down (profit + new opportunity to buy cheap... Whale please come in and short it down. so that can buy more..... bring up div yield.. Must even consider to take loan to invest in some growth stock.. No risk no gain... |

Scanning all the stock charts will reveal that many stocks are very meaty and juicy to sell... because they have broken down major support levels... But selling must on no account be done indiscriminately, though... Rather, these must be sold on the good, fat juicy rallies to maximise the rewards of juice... hehehe... |

frankly, the last time 2008 recession totally no feeling at all. u see, house price also climb up during that time. beside those old and not educated factory worker, those very high pay, eng eng cheng cheong banker still got high pay and bonus. i feel pity for those old and not educated factory worker. then, i also never kena pay cut and also still got bonus and increment somemore promotion. so? to me, i dun feel that recession is "real recession" |
