STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

Hi Kelly just wondering are u holding any stocks ?? e last corrections did u buy anyn after this did u buy any?? just curious cause u always cry for a very low sti den that number never hit n so iam curious

if they really do so, we just go to huat big big in stock.

well, this week, i still still observe.

then my STI 2400 will change to STI 4200.

Since I love shorting more than longing, the bull market may force me into "having no position"

Actually you are RIGHT! I was busy monitoring my position for the whole day and after clearing my last lot, then I have the time to express my satisfaction. I was afraid DJIA will underperform like the last Dubai case (*the reverse this time). That was why I advised not to aim for new HIGH, only good profit.

On trading, each should develope his/her own method and individual style of playing...

I think you wrong. IPunter ever said that he uses "Multiple Timeframe" as one of his trading methods. My conjecture is he also use Elliot wave or some kind of time cyle analysis methods. Smiley

Your posts are sometimes inscrutable but over the last couple of months, we can piece together your trading style. I may be wrong, but here is my guess of you.

1. You are an experienced trader who uses chart/s to trade. Which charts and who your favourite chartists are we don't know.

2. You do not believe in buy and hold which many investors do; hence you do not believe in Warren Buffet's style although he is considered the top investor in the world.

3. You are a full time trader and spends a lot of time monitoring your trades. Most of the investors have a full time job and cannot be monitoring the market like you do.

We have different styles among the forum participants here. Some will swear theirs is the best in the world but we should respect alternative viewpoints and post the reasons to counter arguments instead summary dismissal. In this way everybody will benefit. Those who think they have nothing else to learn can also share their expertise here.
