Everyone who traded on the stock market make losses before. This is not stupid nor silly. It's part of the learning process. I too almost loss all my savings in the past. We just need to learn from our mistakes and refine our trading techniques. Know that one day you will make back what you had loss and even more.

While what you say is true. Beating up yourself is a serious mental disorder......R U sure you are doing that physically ? Then you really need help. Anyway, the most serious symptoms of mental disorder is when thoughts become sound !!!! ie. you are "talking" to yourself but this talking become sound out of your mouth. Then immediate treat is needed. Do you have any1 of above symptoms ? Take care.

i lose very big last time. so that is why, i learnt from my lesson. study more about news. market news , or whatever news... then think "inside" but not "outside" also study a bit TA to learn basic support and resistance. just to make sure i will not always "chase the stock" i am stupid and silly la.

If you don't feel the pinch when you loss money, you don't learn from your mistakes. When I loss money, I usually beat myself up, ask why I made that stupid mistake and how to avoid them in the future. I blame myself for the 3 days and move on. I'll not make the same mistake twice.

Investors is wary of the shock & awe factor and it unfinishing money support for PIGS. EU finance ministers agreed, after marathon talks lasting more than 11 hrs, that 440 billion euros would come from the troubled eurozone plus another 60 billion euros from EU Commission coffers. That would be backed by "at least half as much" again from the International Monetary Fund, or another 250 billion euros. The overall package was described as a series of "far-reaching steps" by IMF managing director Dominique Strauss-Kahn. The plan "proves that we shall defend the euro whatever it takes," said the EU's commissioner for economic and monetary affairs, Olli Rehn. |
