i forgot to mention that Singapore is also a member of the IMF. Our contribution to IMF  a little over 1%. So we are also bailing Greece worth a few hundred millions of euro. So we are also screwed by the Greeks.

But so far, no Singaporeans complain to Govt leh.

i just like to watch and enjoy the games especially with brazil playing . if no brazil in the world cup, i probably wont bother about the world cup. just my feel.

I'll start Buying when I see a Bull Rally coming.

So far the market is moving sideways, so will hang on to my cash for now.

I really do not know what is the good time to enter the market, but when I see a Bull Rally approaching, I'll post it here.

I also find that Starhub overall dividend payout is more than Singtel.

There are 3 reasons.

1. Based on Full Year Result, StarHub performs much better than SingTel. StarHub's Revenue, Profit and Cash Flow all increases YoY. For SingTel, although its Revenue increases, but its Profit and Cash Flow drop YoY.

2. Based on last 6 months chart, StarHub has better movement than SingTel. In the last 6 months, StarHub's share price jumped 9%, whereas SingTel price just inched up 1.4%.

3. This is more of a personal opinion. I used both SingTel and StarHub, I find StarHub gives better services than SingTel. At the beginning of this year, SingTel's mio TV was down for a week and I feel that they could be fine by MDA soon.
