STI to cross 3000 boosted by long-term investors

Technical Analysis on STI STI index has broken though the 2 year high resistance at 3043 in last week and diminished talks of “double dip” in the global economic growth. Important points to note 1) In weekly charts, a LONG white candle sticks with short upper/lower shadow indicates the bullishness of the market sentiment. 2) The weekly trading volume is HIGH as investors get excited after index stay above the 2 years high resistant turned support. 3) MACD and RSI indicators are bullish as RSI remain trending upwards. 4) STI is currently sustained by major 2 year high resistance turned support at 3043 5) The immediate resistance at 3122 was establish on May 2008 and resistance/support of long past usually serve only as a reference. We expect pullback to happen at any level from now. Important resistance of STI: 3122 (Daily charts) Immediate Support of STI: 3043 (Daily charts) MY tactics: We would continue to monitor the situation since market remains bullish as shown from the charts. most shares will take turn to move high high...there is no way one can stop the wave now....how high the share will go up or spike up will depend on the "sponsors"...how BIG are they....good luck :) | ||||

This talking about GENSP brings to mind ... I remembered around this time last year risktaker posted his prediction that GEN would touch $2 in 2010. At that time it seemed so far-fetch nobody took him seriously. Some even thought him crazy. Well it is here and here to stay. The price staring at you dun deceive ... Credit given when credit due, Risktaker got it! (Although I do wonder if he wavered when Gen hit bumps along the way) Still, always adopt an open mind. Many things are possible ... given time. |

That is true... But one must be fearful or greedy at the right time... If the time is not ripe to be fearful, or greedy, one will lose out if one jumps the gun.. For example, when the funds are not fearful, what's the point of you being fearful? Timing is the key.. |

Many people will not want to waste time with any other stock... GentingSp is clearly the star performer... as can be seen from the chart too... When more people get into it, the 'cheonging' can be even more furious and hot! But this is just my own private view.. |
