STI Turns Bearish Today.

I'm expecting STI to move lower next week.

However, I think this is more of a Correction rather than a Bear Market.

There are also exceptions, the Banks seems ready to move up.

I would Buy Banks next week.

This looks like the turning point.

I think STI is heading lower from now on.

However, whether this is just a Correction or Bear Market, is still too early to tell.

Better take some profit off the table if you can.

My current Reading on STI.

STI now at 3096.

1. Parabolic SAR shows that STI is overstretched.

2. MACD lines are still heading up, but the Histogram shows downward momentum is building up.

3. Bull Run Momentum is also slowly coming down.

4. RSI at 71%, just crossover to Overbrought Region.

5. Stochastic also in Overbrought Region.

6. DMI shows Bullishness with strong Support.

7. OBM shows great interest in STI.

STI Bull Run is showing signs of weakening. Expect a Pull Back Soon.

However, whether this is a Correction or the return of the Bear Market, is still too early to tell.

This is my personal analysis. Don't take it too seriously.

Market will move according to script...still "BUY ON DIP" based on the same script written....no new script so far or even any consideration to change the script from Market....ignore all noises....good luck :)

Market finished the script yesterday and we have upgraded Market to "BUY ON DIP" mode since yesterday 18th August as it will attempt above 3000 points again for the next few weeks....not much meat for shortists then.....remember Market is always Right!!! good luck :)
