lower on Monday after Wall Street ended a five-week winning
streak as the threat of rising interest rates in China prompted
investors to book profits and reassess bullish positions in
equities.

Notice quite a number of buy-up on Olam so adjusted my cut loss to 3.17. Manual trailing loss adjustment . Still keep 3.11 as TP. *********** Also, monitoring to long NOBLE at 2.02 (Resistance turn support level, and coincide with the lower level of the gap up on 8 Nov.

Just what are u thinking? trying to catch a retracement of $0.04 in olam? provided u can actually catch back to sell 3.14 if u long at 3.10. Remember and recognise that trend is your friend.

It is very dangerous to trade stock based on what others say. You don;t know the motive of the others when he/she said that.You are simply gambling/speculating. One should at least put in some effort to learn TA, it is not 100% correct, but it serves as an early indicators just like traffic signs on the roads. With this knowledge, do your own informed judgement and make your trade. Finally, trade within your means and put in place an exit strategy whenever you open a position. Cheers |

Okay no. 1 error in gambling on Q3 is we did not follow the business & news close eough. If u didn't follow its previous qtr's earnings, it was overwhelmingly gd +80% net profit and this round +40% odd. I followed this stock since middle of the year. Any reason for shareholder's to hold on or another catalyst to rise? If Olam's NZ acquisitions report operational losses, then it is a meaty candidate to S,S & S. I've mentioned many times triple top failed just Before the earning was out, news that leaked. So far i don't see a 4th top formation to Olam because probability of occurrence is low nor heard of one before (4th formation?) but that's just to my knowledge. |

Yes, Olam could not breakout from its resistance at 3.34, thus now retreating to its support at around 3.10. Just short 10 lot Olam at 3.20 to test my TA. Will close the position at 3.11. My first short experience. Cut loss at 3.25. Cheers

olam's already shorted. STI 3215 is tipped to be major support for today and tmr. Folks use your guts and grey matter yup. Remember, inaction is also a decision and cash is also a position in itself. |
