yes, i guess you are the kind of cool investor..... with 0.6 cents purchase there are nothing to lose.....  buy at such a good price.  surely you are treated like GOD in this forum.

but my very frank answer to you is no matter how bad the conditions are externally...... it seems like God has a hand in this tiny little island even the when the world did not believe we survive...but we did !..........in the recent years, it just give me a insight, we have some good protection from God, virus came but did not collaspe our economic situation 2002-2003.... it built a strong case against casino in 1977 but in 2005 it allow it to come on shore....... but it save the day when 2008 global finanical problem hit us..... we survive again.....

property is not going to burst overnight..... but gradual slowly down the purchasing is something we can feel.....there are pressure on the new election..... plus garmmment going to step up the stop fund from moving out of the country........it would stablised the price but because the sheer size of this country..... the price cannot come down overnight......all time high property prices are in 2008.....2009 and 2010 peaks are never going match 1997.....

i know it easy to sell fear ....... good news few can appreciate...... that is my idea and hope you live to see the fruits of the your foresight !

but i like to think mr.ngiam or somebody more capable might surface in the future election, and those with vision to bring us new ideas to grow will prevail in the current situation......  sit there and worried about tomorrow will not be best way to answer your health question.... relax and enjoy the ride should be your best bet !

Epliew, be frank with u, I have been smiling & dreaming $2.50 $2.80 $3.00 ... since e 2nd q result was out, but after e 3rd q, haha shivering...plus those from the finance friends telling me financial market will crash soon + the property market bubble bursting soon??   Really no good for my heart.  But I enjoy this forum v v much and learning from you all.  THANKS

You can sell whenever you need money I guess. Don't sell all first. IF something bad really happened to GSP you can still dump the rest.
