   SEOUL, Nov 23 (Reuters) - North Korea on Tuesday fired dozens of artillery shells at a South Korean island, setting buildings on fire and prompting a return fire by the South, Seoul's military and media reports said.
  Seoul's YTN television quoted a witness as saying 60 to 70 houses were on fire after the shelling.

The fact that today all the regional markets fell like a stone

    after the tension is known does not support that idea.

        Europeans markets are now also red. Dow futures are red too.

            In the face of all the falls, how can it be a good time to buy stocks?

              Unlike the past, war expenditure may not help the US recovery this time round.

                 Thus, I reckon a drawn-out bear phase is more likely

                     in the light of today's circumstances.

                         I favour selling into meaty, juicy rallies.

followed by $2.09-13 which were the next series of higher weekly highs before the high ones....
