It may be due to buy call from JP Morgan [Dow Jones] STOCK CALL: JP Morgan initiates coverage of China Milk Products (G86.SG) with Overweight rating, sets target price at S$1.52. Forecasts 3-year revenue and earnings CAGR of 22% and 21% respectively, driven by increasing capacity to produce bull semen, cow embryos and raw milk. JP Morgan says China Milk generating strong cash flows given low working capital. "We believe the market is waiting for earnings confirmation before it re-rates the stock." Shares up 7.4% at S$1.31 |
