Good positive result, good for a stag, no need to damm...small kopi $$$ coming...just before closing, grey 5c, so still tink is 5c co's upside may have may been limited by Ou, ppl is scare now as Ou shot pass beyond grey expectation, so Ou shortise day for two days oredi, may oso be caused by Mr Tan...saw it in ST paper, about gam...been surprised by game Of.... isit he the one with pic??. Singapore's Swiber sees FY revenue up, India as next big market ----by Pearl Bantillo---- SINGAPORE (XFN-ASIA) - Swiber Holdings Ltd expects revenue this year to easily beat the 18.4 mln usd in sales it made in 2005 amid strong demand in Asia's oil and gas industry and is looking at India as its next big market. The company, whose shares will debut on the Singapore Exchange on Nov 8, provides support to the oil and gas sector and is mainly engaged in the engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning business (EPCIC). It provides services mainly in the development phase of oil production. Swiber on Monday launched its initial public offering of 94 mln new shares at 0.355 sgd per share. The company said it hopes to use the proceeds, estimated at 30.97 mln sgd, to acquire more vessels and for working capital. Managing director Raymond Goh told XFN-Asia in an interview that as of Sept 17, Swiber has an order book of 28.51 mln usd, of which 17.81 mln will be recognized as sales this year. Swiber also has letters of intent for about 9.38 mln usd in orders for the year. The company booked sales of 6.32 mln usd in the first quarter with net profit at 1.82 mln usd. It said net income has grown by a compound annual growth rate of 149 pct over the past three years. Goh said he sees strong flow-through demand for Swiber's services due to higher capital expenditures on offshore oil and gas equipment, migration of major oil and gas companies to Asia and recurrent income stream from maintenance, servicing and refurbishment of buoys and mooring systems. Swiber developed its EPCIC business in 2002, which allowed it to get bigger contracts with higher margins. Just this year, Swiber said it secured a single contract worth 20.75 mln usd in Malaysia due to the expanded scope of its EPCIC services. "We see that as the future," Goh said. "We are planning to expand our offshore EPCIC capabilities. and depend on EPCIC for our growth in the future. " Towards this end, Swiber will invest up to 20 mln usd to convert an existing vessel into a pipelay barge that can install pipes in deeper waters. It is also planning to construct a pipeline barge that may cost up to 30 mln usd. Goh said the company is also doubling its current fleet of vessels to 18 by next year but is not setting its sights yet on adding a floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) vessel to its fleet. "We don't see that yet as a direction where we are going but having said that, that does not stop our company from looking at that in the future because we are now doing the installation and mooring side of FPSO, FSO (floating storage and offloading vessel) so for us to go into that is highly possible," he said. In terms of markets, Goh is bullish that revenue from India will significantly grow as a percentage of the total given the country's strong oil consumption. "There is a lot of work coming out of India in the next few years so we see that our job will be spread between Malaysia, Indonesia and India," Goh said. Malaysia accounted for over a third of Swiber's revenue last year with Indonesia coming in second with a 26.7 pct share. "We are looking at developing the India market better. We want to strengthen our position there, capture more market and get more jobs there. "After India, the next step will be the Middle East. We want to go into the Qatar market, which is going to be the biggest gas producer in the world, " Goh said. |

Here an idea, imagine how many ppl apply, then apply the ratio between 300 lots for internet compare to 2,000 lot for atm. co's 300 lots for ppl to apply, very easy one. Just key many more 0000 oni. A lots of uncle and aunties around, very rich, jus ask their boys.. hey, pls key for me, kena give u kopi monies can, sure can one rite!! RIGHT. |
