Hi, Just read the report from NetResearch, it is cheap among peers as the PE is 8.5 as compare to peers at 14. The estimate fairvalue in 1st day is 0.55c. Recommended to subscribe from NetResearch, FYI. Good Luck. |

Hi Pccyan88, No need to addr so much as to.. Pai sei memm..., can (-) the word or not?? Mast... I tink tink can get 6-8 cents, closing on 31 Oct, 2006 (Tues-12noon). (Small float), kopi $$$ not small, chances quite good with 10.033% for public. 3,000,000 out of 29,850,000 shares available. |

Hi RobinPang, Sure go up ?? Very sure one. Q? is how much rite ??. Give U an idea, let say is plus 5-6 cents, then to trade up to 7-8 cents, so $0.40cents can trade up to $0.48 cents mah.."Sei Fatt" or "Si Huat" , is sounded all the way prosperity, Huat ahh...Fatt ahh.....just my guess leh.. |

Why it price command a premium???. Due to small float, a low PE ratio compare to it peer, Institutes support, it parent company, Texchem Resoucres Bhd, listed in KL exchange back in 1993 by the same owner, so can see anything can go wrong with the same boss around?. No rite!!. |

Tikam tikam, me visiting atm for Texchem ipo, grey is about 15-20%. Chances with it small float may have a good chance to get a few lots. |

Both IPO sharing the same stories line of losing monies 1st, then make more in the end (Texchem, small float- sure give the other bigger boys IPO a big boost as small boy open trading on 2-11-06). Big boy on Shareinvestor got one ERROR, it open on 3-10-06. Should be typing error here. |

Buoyed by warming IPO recently mkt sentiments. Texchem issued 29.9 mil new shares priced at S$0.40 cents apiece, or 7.4 times its earnings for last year. FYI: (small float). I am visiting ATM again to collect some small kopi $$$, my personnal opinion oni hohh....Don believe me. Can choose to avoid lahh...ur $$ ur decision lohh.. |
