x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	in the old accounting rule they can put in the unsold apartment/property  using  forecasted price(s) and report higher profit,  but under the new acc rule.... they cannot account these as profits ?  cogs is also going higher ? should be going lower....than expectation ?   can try shorting..... but my fingers are telling..... better do other things than taking a risk.....
