x 1   x 0  Alert Admin	if you notice the past two days, the volume suddenly increased. This is again a sign of weakness. Why? For it to continue upward, supply should be less compared to the same level around 10/10-10-12. The market will continue to go up if demand is greater than supply. But we can see here that the supply suddenly is greater. I suggest use this bounce to sell.  ukomichi      ( Date: 31-Oct-2012 10:26) Posted: Holding well doesnt mean it is strong. There are already clear signs of distribution in background. It is just not  time to move yet because  'they' want to trap more traders as possible.  If you notice the past few weeks are on low volume. This shows lack of demand from 'professionals'. Volume is the best indicator to detect 'professionals' or BBs. Once it is ready to move down, it will be swift. STI has been sideways since end of july until now.  This range  can give you a  clue how strong the next move will be. If it is ready to go down,  STI can  go below 2800 for sure. If you want to play safe, short only when 2975 breaks on increasing volume. goodluck!

x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	STI closed with a dragonfly doji formation yesterday. The recent low of 3021 level was broken for a momentum which triggered some panic selling in the morning but bargain hunters entered the market which caused the candle to form long lower shadow. Yet again, this is to show that the support at 3030 is holding firm. However, STI closed at 3026 level which slightly lower than the support. Hence, it could be either a whipsaw or a start of downside. The indicators turned bearish after yesterday’s price action but Stochastic is starting to show weakness in the bearish momentum. Downside could be limited for STI. The key to determine if yesterday’s action was a whipsaw will be today’s ending level. If STI is above to recover above 3030 level, it will mean a whipsaw for yesterday’s action. On the other hand, if it fails to, STI will likely to head towards 3000 level for support.
