Metro is more traditional with  more "old" man in the board,  most shareholders are very loyal too and Metro has less attention by the trader. Have you seen company people with lower NAV got promoted faster than those with higher NAV , it is all about how you sell and project yourself. x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	Another one with high NAV and high eps is Guthrie........ Draw back is the dividend is low compare to the eps.....hope shareholders can highlight this at their agm...... Director own near to 70%....once cross 70%, he had to give an offer....if near to its NAV, that would be more than $0.60 compare to a share price of $0.37.....
