SMARTFLEX HOLDINGS LTD. It IPO is fairly priced and the market cap is small. raising $1.76 million in net proceeds Just left wondering how it will perform on coming Monday, with little interest from BBs Just my personal opinion, hope it is like CCM and everyone can LOL to the bank. |

Manufacturing is doing not too bad for the past few months. Some more they are making a product that is quite essential to everyday use. Will be interesting to see this. Smartflex offers 13 million shares to expand production facilities
Assembly and testing services firm Smartflex Holdings is hoping to raise $1.76 million in net proceeds from a listing on the Catalist board.
It is offering 13 million new shares at $0.22 each and only 1.5 million shares have been set aside for the public, while the rest will be placed out. The company said the offer price represents a price-earnings ratio of about 5.5 times. This is based on its earnings per share of about $0.04 for the financial year ended 31 December 2009. Smartflex is planning to use the proceeds to expand its production facilities and general working capital requirements. Its share offering will close at noon on July 15 and trading of the shares is expected to commence on July 19. |
