Renewable Energy had hit 23 cents on 30 Jun 2010 n rebounded . It went up to 36.5 cents recently with huge volume . If it could continue to go up with large volume in the next few days , then it would hit another new high .

Renewable Energy has made a technical rebounce today , it went all the way up to Fibo 's 62 % rebouncing zone . If the volume cannot exceed the one done at last peak at 37.5 cents , it may form the top formation n retreats again .

Renewable Energy had tested 37.5 cents twice n failed to go up further . Therefore , double top formation had formed . Sentiments had changed , its share price has been falling while the general market getting weaker . It broke the support at 30 cents , n tried very hard to get back to 30 cents at the closing last few days , but it gave up today to go down further to 27.5 cents . It may go all the way down to 22.5 cents after a weak rebounce .

After testing 37.5 cents twice recently , Renewable Energy retreated today with very low volume . According to the weekly chart , it has reached the mid point of the weekly long black candle formed in Aug2007 , therefore , it would certainly be a pull back at this point . By comparing the volumes , it shows the volume traded this week is much more than it traded last time at this point . Therefore , its uptrend is still intact , n after this minor pull back , it would go up again to achieve the target price at higher level .

This counter has run up recently when its directional movement index were positively placed n ADX has risen from 18 . Its RSI has just gone into over-bought territory above 70 n no divergence yet . Weekly bollinger band has expanded n share price has stayed outside the upper band already . The average volume traded has increased this week . This counter has already consolidated since last September , indicators are showing upward movement ahead , breaking the resistance at 37.5 cents with large volume may go on to the projection target at 48 cents . |
