This counter listed in the wrong timing ! As Greece is having problem and US overnight is down. Surprise, HK and Japan is up, and why is Spore down. When US down, we down, when US up, sometime we cannot get up. Lousy market. Thus, this 1 is a wrong timing to list at this moment. AS mention by some post below, it is in a good business and CWT is an example ! | ||||||||||||||||||||

There is a by-law in SGX listing manual, that the IPO price cannot be cheaper than 20 Scts. When I saw this 22cts IPO, I will naturally check the Dilution to new investor (Pg37). And yes, Pre-IPO NAV is 5.5cts, ave price for existing major shareholder 6.7 Scts. May become a submarine given the current market situation...... Again, it still better than Tiger Air lor.......heeee |

It plans to list on SGX's mainboard and is offering 92 million new shares at 22 cents each. Cogent is a full-service logistics management service provider in Singapore. The group provides trucking services for both laden and empty containers between ports and warehouses, as well as transportation for oil and gas equipment. It also manages and leases approximately 4 million square feet of warehousing space and premises, as part of its warehousing and container depot management services business. In 2008, Cogent expanded into the automotive logistics business, offering a comprehensive spectrum of services for the processing, transportation and storage of motor vehicles.
