It is unfortunate that those sitting there comfortably in their posh office did not know how to solve the problem. Well, though you receive high salary and most of us here are just trying to make a few dollars, I don't mind to give you a pointer. SGX can allow a section to quote these half cent issues, for example increased board lots to 10,000 or 100,000 shares per lot and allow the bid and ask prices to be not less than 1 cent per board lot. This way, investors are much spared the misery of waiting for the price to be above half a cent per 1000 share lot. It just need a little knock at the thick skulls and things can work a little better in Singpaore! Cheers! |

So usually the case, they will reduce the papers and consolidate may be to S$0.01 and then let it sky diving down again to 0.005, this is sound like the Sunmoon case, correct me if I m wrong. I can't remember did they do it and did it issues rights before. Under the rule, you cn not issue Rights twice within 3 yers period, am I right ? Can anyone clarified ? Thks. Good Day ! |

What happen if they consolidate 100:1 and still selling at $0.05.worst they issue right to ask for more money after the consolidate. just my view only. |

Ever wonder for those counters like SunMoon and MDR etc. when the price drop to rock bottom at S$0.005, less than 0.01 (1 cent), cannot drop further liao. So you see Sunmoon and MDR at top volume today, it is a joke and laughing stock ! Beri beri ugly. I feel like buying, if it drop further maybe at S$0.00025, lol ! |
