Charges for selling odd lots

why odd lots sell at lower price? If i use online trading acct, shldnt it be following the current price? is using broker assist = calling the broker over the phone to sell for you (higher charge) ? Sorry for the noobie questions. Thanks

178 investors is right.. (sorry, didnt update on the unit share market) trade with care partially fill in unit share market also charge full commission.. (usually odd lots sell at lower price compare to standard lot size). Use broker asisst, usually they can advice on what price to place based on their experience..

If you have online trading account, you could sell odd lots on the SGX unit-share market without broker assist. I think minimum charges apply similarly for odd lots. If in doubt, check with your online trading helpdesk. |

Need to call the broker. As you are trading in the odd lots market.. Only the broker have the terminal to see the odd lots buy sell volume and trade..

Hi Just want to find out what are the charges like for selling odd lots. E.g. 730 shares of SATSvcs What are the way to sell? Only through broker? |
