If you see its historical payout, this company is generous in paying dividends. Given its current secured project, I think we can expect another good year at least. Its warrants are at a discount, I think it's a good buy. The price of the warrants may be under pressure for a while. It seems that there many sellers suddenly appear, probably some holders just want to cash out rather than convert. Once that's clear, the discount should disappear. |

If you hold the warrants, of course you need to pay 40 cents each to get them converted to the mother shares. If the price of the mother share drops below 40 cents, the warrants become worthless. This is unlikely. I think the price gap between the monther and warrant should narrow as the day of expiry approaches.

The warrant is now at a discount. The warrant price 36.5 cents + conversion price 40 cents = 76.5 cents. The mother price is now 94.5 cents. If it stays around there, after the dividend 10.5 cents, it should drops to 84 cents. The difference is still obvious. Don't forget that the dual listing on Taiwan is still on the way. |

yes, please help. Even if the share becomes 20cents on the day of expiry, I can just top up $0.40 to convert to mother share? Too good to be true right? cos the mother share is $0.90+ now. Thanks. |

The agent will sent you a letter to convert the warrant to mother share. Then buy a cashier order from the bank and sent it to them. |
