x 0   x 0  Alert Admin	BNP Paribas said it has initiated coverage with a target price of $2.75 on the company's strong earnings outlook, citing potential upside from its hubbing or bundling strategy and margin improvement. "We expect the group to record a three-year CAGR of 22.7% over 2006-08, far outpacing SingTel's 5.8% and MobileOne's 3.3 pct for the same period," BNP said in a note. It noted that central to the group's strong earnings outlook is its hubbing strategy of bundling of multiple products and services into packages with integrated loyalty programmes, which results in lower churn rates. "We believe there is room for the group to grow its margins as the market share 'grabbing' phase is now over. StarHub's cable TV and broadband margins could also grow on the back of higher operating leverage," BNP said.
