Intermarket analysis mean there is relationship between equities, currency, bond, future etc.  I've trade HK index based on other regional mkt movement, currency (esp. carry trade paring- indicative the fear of the mkt). There may be delay in HK index due matching of the component stock. Currency will tend to show the strength of the overall mkt. For example - USD/SGD, if sing is getting strong again USD. it indicative that fund are coming into singapore and chance seeing STI getting stronger is higher. |

Hi All, Just to share my  trading experience. I'm day trader who trade on HSI warrant. I'm using inter market anslysis to analyse the mkt condition. For example, on the 28 July Morning. All the asia mkt index is down due to the worry of greece going to default, but Interesting happen on my monitor. EUR/USD is showing positive, it mean indicative that  there are buyers (banks,  gov, institution etc) is buy EUR dollar. Thus I buy into call  HSI warrant.  Surprise, mkt go back to positive in afternoon as the Europe union issue positive news and cause my call warrant go into  " in the money" (in profit). So did any  one here trade using intermaket analysis or trade on HSI warrant. Mind to shares u  experience and knowledge.    |
