This is the extract form Today Newspapaer. Stock Calls Li Heng Hold | 22 cents Kim Eng downgrades Li Heng Chemical Fibre Technologies to Hold vs Buy, lowers target to 24 cents vs 35 cents. Says, excluding CNY16.6 million forex gain 3Q10 results slightly below expectations, core net profit of CNY54.5 million fell 16.3 per cent on-quarter as gross profit margin came under pressure due to anti-dumping tariffs on imported PA chips by the Chinese government in April. |

This Li heng bird finally going to fly in coming days!reason: 1.by end of next year, PA chips they can supply themselves, all extra cost is not a issue any more. 2.they have 3rd plant, production capability enlarge. 3.profit should be doulbe or tripple. 4.their product is very competent. 5. most of clothing company use nylon to replace cotton due to cotton price up a lot lot. Buy at ground price. you maybe can get 100% or 200% return. believe it or not!

Look at these few weeks daily trade voulem, a few million per day, can't say overbuy. Look at MACD, its trend still not clear, but personal feeling is uptreand. but now frankly speaking, do look at the chart so much. more focus on company performance. Recently also read some article about cotton, this year the cotton price move up a lot, some company use the nylon to replace the cotton for making clothing etc. Li heng's product also include that one.Li heng's product is also very competent. before I never study Li heng, recently I study this company, found this company is very worthing to invest. still think its' current price is ground price. buy it now, 50 cents is short term target price. believe it or not!

I like the title to this thread.. :) but i think this gem needs a catalyst like 'DUAL Listing'?? just look at brother China Gaoxian...from rock bottom..now trading higher than Li Heng...tsk tsk last qtr Li Heng announced good profits but prices sank... |

Li heng today announced the 3rd quarter result with a net profit record 78.8% rise to RMB 71.2 Million. This company actually is a very good GEM. By end of 2011, the profit should be better after they build new pland for PA chips and no need worry about importing PA chips from USA etc. its' outlook is very bright.now its' price is ground price. it is time to buy , target price 50cents! Believe it or not. |
