Ha ha, sorry, just back fr down town. The Java Update is a feature that keeps your computer up-to-date automatically with the latest Java releases. Installing the Java Runtime Environment automatically installs the Java Update feature. Latest version is Java(TM) platform, release in Feb 10. AK got Iphone n hv 3 online broking hse, but dun trade on Iphone, but looking at Index ok lah. U need to download Java to run many applications via browser. Try to use your notebook or laptop to down load the free Java. Go Start, Control panel, select Java, on pull down menu, select Update, mark checkbox Check for update automatically. Notification default is first day of the mth, timing, anything loh. At the same time, u may connect your Iphone on the computer USB port, charging n playing around loh. Cheers. |

Even on a desktop or laptop, Java can occasionally causes minor irritation... Since Java is the platform component that makes automatic updating, etc work on PC's, it is a critical component. Sometimes, glitches and quirky behavior of Java, eg. after an automatic-updating, can test our anger-management gongfu to the limit...  |

Hi All the forumers, I have a question on using DBS vickers trading accts on Iphone.I cant seems to login as there is an error message of "Java not utilized"..I had checked my Iphone setting and i had switched the Java to "on" but it still cant work.. So is there any dbs vickers users managed to login using Iphone?or how do you(dbs vickers users) monitor your stocks on the phone?any good real time apps to recommend? Thanks for clearing my doubts,,,hope it is not too long winded... :) |
