Increase NAV........ FIXED ASSET PROFIT. waverly      ( Date: 19-Apr-2010 17:08) Posted: HI..i am reading an analyst report it states that  " a policy of currency appreciation tends to attract hot money into property". i'm not sure why... can someone explain to me? it is with reference to SGD appreciation he also states that strong sgd makes the value of hard assets more attractive to the dollar-based investor. any idea why it is more attractive to dollar based investor? tks
