Further to the announcements made by the Company on 22 September 2009 and 14 October 2009 in relation to the notice of the conditional books closure date and the results of the extraordinary general meeting of shareholders no. 01/2009 respectively, the Directors are pleased to announce that the Company has today received the approval of the Office of the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand for the Rights Issue and accordingly, the Register of Shareholders of the Company and the depository register maintained by CDP will be closed at 5.00 p.m. on 27 October 2009 for the purpose of determining the Rights of Shareholders under the Rights Issue (the " Books Closure Date"). |
