Our government has redrawn the polling districts boundaries again to better reflect the situation. Is Yishun now under Marine Parade GRC ? You may want to check if your polling district has been changed at: http://www.elections.gov.sg/gazette/Boundaries%20of%20altered%20polling%20districts.pdf The updated Registers of Electors will be available for inspection from March 3rd 2009 onward. And it will be available ONLY for 14 days from the said date. Goto : www.elections.gov.sg for more details. They better don't call an elections this year as it implied that by 2011, we are still in recession ?? No solution to fix ? or whatever but good news ? Elections is a good time for us to rethink and decide if a one party ruling government is good for us. Is CHANGE needed ? |
