at 9 cents better go for a counter such as berlian laju , a shipping company, better prospects as shipping industry is making a turnaround soon. MCPSF may have a lot of toxic property related assets in their portfolio such as mortage backed securities which will not yield any income. Just my opinion.

Due to the pessimism of the investor, a lot of stocks have fallen below their intrinsic value. One of them would be MacCookPSF. Net tangible asset stands at $1.02 per share while share price is trading at $0.49 which is approx 52% discount.
If dividend payout is the same as last year, dividend yield would be approx 25%. Which mean that if you hold on the stock for 4 years (assume dividend payout do not change) you would have gotten back the sum of capital invested.
